"It's been 15 years since I first stepped into the corporate world, and in that time, I've seen a lot of companies struggle with their IT. In too many cases, IT is seen as a necessary evil because the IT department doesn't provide the services they need when they need them.

Over the years, I've been the one who cleans up the mess left behind by previous IT companies or employees, and I always make sure that everything runs smoothly again.
